the location allowed easy access to various attractions. the food available at the hotel was great. i also appreciated the proximity to many other dining options. the hotel provides on-site parking , which simplified travel arrangements a lot.
the bar staff seemed more focused on having fun , so customer service wasn't prioritised.

the soup service was very slow though the taste was ok.

the location was perfect , it was very central to everything i wanted to see. the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfasts were excellent , with food cooked exactly as i ordered it.
i reserved a table for lunch , but the service i received was poor. there was no cutlery provided , and the food arrived cold. the staff did not seem interested in resolving the issues i raised.
